We hope that your experience with Mosquitear is as effortless as possible, however, we do acknowledge that questions may arise.

Customs charges

All our orders are subject to customs charges, depending on the country you are shipping them to. We recommend you check your countries policy on this prior to ordering. Usually a note will be posted through your door advising you of this charge, and your item will not be delivered or be available for collection until the charge has been paid. We are not able to refund any customs charges.

Something is missing from the order

While our packers are pretty great at getting your order together, very rarely they may leave an item out from the order. If this happens, please just reach out to us at contact@mosquitear.com and we can get this sorted for you. If this happens, we will require a photo of what you received for verification purposes.

How do I cancel my order?

If after placing your order you realise you’ve made a mistake or no longer want the order, then we can process a cancellation within 24 hours of the order being placed. Please reach out to us at contact@mosquitear.com
 and provided it’s within 24 hours and the order hasn’t shipped, we should be able to cancel your order and process a refund for you.

Once your order has been shipped it is too late to cancel your order.

Return policy

Our return policy lasts until 30 days after the item is marked as delivered. If you are unhappy with your order or you have received a faulty item, please reach out to us at contact@mosquitear.com and we will be able to assist you. 

For any items being returned to us, you will be expected to cover the cost of shipping the item to us. We do recommend you use a trackable service as we do not take responsibility for orders being returned to us.

For better effect, here are some useful tips :

  1. We recommend to turn on 2-3 hours in advance, and close the doors and windows and curtains, ensure that the light source on the mosquito lamp is the only light source in the bedroom
  2. We recommend to put the mosquito lamp off the ground around 0.8-1.5 meters
  3. We recommend to use it continuously for 24 hours. It is best to open the mosquito box after 36 hours to prevent the mosquito from dying and escape
  4. We recommend not to put the mosquito lamp near people because the body will emit a scent that attracts mosquitoes, which is more attractive to mosquitoes than light sources, and therefore will reduce the effectiveness of the mosquito killer.

Delivery times

As we ship directly from our manufacturers our products do take between 2 - 3 weeks of business days for delivery. We do send out the tracking information as soon as the item has shipped. We recommend you keep an eye on that for any updates.

Items can sometimes get stuck in customs for some time while they are processed. If you order still hasn’t arrived within 3 weeks then please reach out to us and we can look into this for you.

Please ensure you check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders that are delivered to incorrect addresses.
